Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to prepare and deliver your safari: your name, contact details, travel preferences and party composition. Enquiry details are stored securely and are visible only to our UK and Kenya-based staff.

How we use your information

  • To prepare an itinerary and quotation for the trip you have asked about.
  • To contact you about your enquiry by email or telephone.
  • To make bookings with camps, airlines and ground handlers on your behalf, once you have confirmed you wish to proceed.

Your rights

You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to hello@kenyasafariholidays.uk. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.

Cookies

This website uses a small number of essential cookies and local storage entries that are needed for it to work, for example remembering whether you have accepted this notice. These cannot be switched off.

Analytics cookies

Where analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful and how visitors find us. These cookies are optional and are only set once you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is tracked.

Changing your choice

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings, which will bring the cookie banner back the next time you visit. For more detail, see our privacy policy above, or write to hello@kenyasafariholidays.uk.

Booking Terms

Quotations

Quotations are valid for seven days and are itemised in full. No deposit is required to receive a quotation, and no obligation arises until you confirm you wish to book.

Deposits and payment

A deposit of 20% of the total holiday cost secures your arrangements, with the balance due 60 days before departure. Payments are accepted by bank transfer or card.

Amendments and cancellation

We will always try to amend your itinerary rather than cancel it. Cancellation terms depend on the camps and airlines involved and are set out in writing with your quotation before any payment is made.

Travel documents and health

British passport holders require an electronic travel authorisation for Kenya, and passports must be valid for six months beyond your return date. We send every guest a pre-departure pack covering entry requirements, health advice and what to pack.
